Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, right in the center of town near the bridge and Malecon, perfect for exploring. However, the rooms had issues with privacy due to the window facing the housekeeping area. The service was lacking, especially with Wi-Fi almost not working, making it inconvenient for a business traveler like me.
The hotel is ideally located, near the beach, restaurants, and bars, making it perfect for a short getaway. The rooms were clean but a bit dark with some noise from the pool pump, and they were on different floors. The service was outstanding, with constant cleaning and friendly staff always ready to help. The dining experience necessitated going to an outside restaurant due to uncomfortable courtyard furniture. The hotel's location and proximity to attractions were its highlights, but the dining setup was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was great with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach, the noise from the busy street made it hard to relax. The room faced issues with water supply, noise disturbances, and the facilities like the pool and rooftop terrace closed earlier than desired. The value for money seemed more in line with a mid-range accommodation rather than a high-end stay.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but cozy, air-conditioned, and had a lovely view of the river and a bit of the ocean. Plus, being away from the noisy traffic was a big bonus. The service was exceptional, with friendly and receptive staff, even though there were some language barriers. The location was ideal, close to good restaurants and the malecon, allowing for a pleasant exploration of the area. However, the dining experience was not the best, as I had to go outside for meals. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room for improvement.
Despite some issues with the room readiness and extra charges, the hotel provided a very clean and comfortable stay. The service was a mix of good and uncooperative experiences. The location was excellent, offering great accessibility and views, but with some drawbacks regarding the beds. The dining experience required going outside, albeit with delicious dishes available. Overall, the hotel had positive aspects, although certain facilities and pricing raised concerns.
I really loved the hotel's location - just two blocks from the water and close to lots of small stores and the flea market. The staff was friendly and approachable, always ready to help with any questions. The dining options were a bit limited, and the courtyard furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel's location is wonderful, and the cleaning staff is excellent. The rooms were everything you need when on vacation, although for single rooms being two floors apart might make it quieter than room 209. However, it would be nice if the hotel weren't directly on Hwy 200. I strongly recommend it for all types of entertainment and shopping in old town, with easy access to the malecon, markets, and beach.
