Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, right in the center of town near the bridge and Malecon, perfect for exploring. However, the rooms had issues with privacy due to the window facing the housekeeping area. The service was lacking, especially with Wi-Fi almost not working, making it inconvenient for a business traveler like me.

Rooms
6.0
My room was in the center of the hotel but unfortunately had a window looking directly into the housekeeping room, impacting the privacy. The reiterating signs about leaving valuables were concerning.
Service
5.0
The service on Monday was subpar, especially with the Wi-Fi issues and lack of responsiveness from the staff. It made my stay a bit frustrating for staying connected.
Location
9.0
The location, however, was a saving grace. Being right by the bridge linking the old town and centro zone and just off the malecon, it made exploring the area a breeze. The proximity to various day-trip pickup points was convenient.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing as the courtyard furniture was uncomfortable, pushing me to dine outside. The necessity to visit an outside restaurant affected the convenience.

The hotel is ideally located, near the beach, restaurants, and bars, making it perfect for a short getaway. The rooms were clean but a bit dark with some noise from the pool pump, and they were on different floors. The service was outstanding, with constant cleaning and friendly staff always ready to help. The dining experience necessitated going to an outside restaurant due to uncomfortable courtyard furniture. The hotel's location and proximity to attractions were its highlights, but the dining setup was a drawback.

5.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was great with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach, the noise from the busy street made it hard to relax. The room faced issues with water supply, noise disturbances, and the facilities like the pool and rooftop terrace closed earlier than desired. The value for money seemed more in line with a mid-range accommodation rather than a high-end stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very noisy due to the busy street outside and faced disruptions like a broken water supply affecting toilet flushing.
Service
5.0
I encountered challenges with the service when the staff tried to assign me a smaller, undesirable room without proper amenities and seemed unhelpful and rigid at the front desk.
Location
9.0
The location was the only highlight of the stay, being conveniently situated near the Malecon, Playa los Muertas, and various bus routes, offering good views from the rooftop areas.
Dining

The dining experience was disappointing, as the hotel lacked proper dining options, making it necessary to venture outside for better choices.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but cozy, air-conditioned, and had a lovely view of the river and a bit of the ocean. Plus, being away from the noisy traffic was a big bonus. The service was exceptional, with friendly and receptive staff, even though there were some language barriers. The location was ideal, close to good restaurants and the malecon, allowing for a pleasant exploration of the area. However, the dining experience was not the best, as I had to go outside for meals. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room for improvement.

The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of great restaurants and the malecon. It was also close to shops and pubs, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining

The dining experience required going outside, as the hotel lacked proper dining furniture. Local dishes were available, but seeking a restaurant was necessary.
Facilities
The hotel had a nice rooftop pool and good hot water showers, but some details like dining furniture were not up to par.

Despite some issues with the room readiness and extra charges, the hotel provided a very clean and comfortable stay. The service was a mix of good and uncooperative experiences. The location was excellent, offering great accessibility and views, but with some drawbacks regarding the beds. The dining experience required going outside, albeit with delicious dishes available. Overall, the hotel had positive aspects, although certain facilities and pricing raised concerns.

I really loved the hotel's location - just two blocks from the water and close to lots of small stores and the flea market. The staff was friendly and approachable, always ready to help with any questions. The dining options were a bit limited, and the courtyard furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was similar to staying in a basement with no useable window or natural light, which wasn't ideal for me. But it was clean and provided a comfortable place to sleep near the night life.
Service
8.0
The staff here were nice and helpful, even though our room wasn't ready when we checked in. They made the stay enjoyable and assisted us with anything we needed.
Location
9.0
The location was really good, within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the malecon, offering plenty of opportunities to explore the area and enjoy the surroundings.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience necessitated a trip to an outside restaurant as the options were limited. The courtyard furniture was uncomfortable, which was a downside. However, the hand-cut beef tartare was a delicious treat.
Facilities
The facilities were okay. Nothing extraordinary but decent enough to cater to basic needs during the stay.

The hotel's location is wonderful, and the cleaning staff is excellent. The rooms were everything you need when on vacation, although for single rooms being two floors apart might make it quieter than room 209. However, it would be nice if the hotel weren't directly on Hwy 200. I strongly recommend it for all types of entertainment and shopping in old town, with easy access to the malecon, markets, and beach.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were everything you need when on vacation, and for single rooms, being two floors apart could offer a quieter stay compared to room 209.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit mixed; some staff members were very unfriendly, but those who could speak some English were helpful despite occasional communication difficulties. The room was thoroughly cleaned, although they wouldn't give us the same online price at the counter.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect, with easy access to everything within walking distance to the malecon, markets, and beach. The only drawback is being located directly on Hwy 200.
Dining
5.0
Dining was limited with only puddings available, necessitating a trip to an outside restaurant. The courtyard furniture was uncomfortable, which made it challenging to enjoy meals there.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers necessary facilities, but the courtyard furniture was uncomfortable and made dining outside less enjoyable. Prices might not always reflect full value for money.
